1000ft Shuttle Run (10 x 100ft, 50ft down & back)
With a Partner:

50 Syncro Air Squats
1000ft Alternating Shuttle Run (5 x 100ft each, alternate shuttles, 50ft down & back)
Notes:
Measure/mark 50ft, and run down 50ft & back 10 times to complete 1000ft shuttle run. Only foot must touch line at each turnaround,
