Hey all, wanted to keep everyone up to date on what we’re doing at United Performance for all the workouts and strength! While we are in the Open the main goal is to keep all of you healthy and ready to go each weekend to throw down. So what you will be seeing is Monday thru Wednesday we will be focusing on breaking down the Olympic lifts to squat cleans, push jerk, split jerk and more. While Thursday and Friday we will be practicing gymnastics skills and going over each Open workout on how to break the workout down, and give you the best score possible. Our metcons/conditioning will be varying as always while focusing on lactic power and endurance base. If you have any question regarding the program don’t hesitate to ask! See everyone tomorrow!
