3 sets for quality as part of warm-up:
A1: Banded Y-Position Walkouts + OHS: 3-5 reps
A2: Planche Lean to Downward Dogs: 10 reps
A3: Heaving Snatch Balance: 2-3 reps w/ 3 sec pause in OHS in bottom of each rep
*Rotate stations, for 3 sets of each.
