10 minutes of SA DB OH Squat Practice & Mobility

– Deep Squat Thoracic Rotations

– Wall Facing OHS’s

– SA DB OHS or SA DB OH Reverse Lunges

*Rotate through 5-10 reps of each movement for quality on a 10 minute clock
