We offer a training program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love for fitness. The focus of our Olympic Lifting class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. This will be a 1 hour group session that takes place every Tuesday and Saturday lead by our two Olympic lifting coaches.
