Every 60-90 sec x 4 sets:
8 DB Lunges/side
*Set 1 = DB’s at sides in suitcase
*Set 2 = DB’s in front rack
Metcon (Time)
3 Rounds for times:
25 Push-Ups
25 Sit-Ups
25 Air Squats
Rest 1 min after each set, 3 min cap on each set. Rotate order of movements each set
