  1. Where are you from? What do you do for work? Family?

I grew up in Connecticut and went to college in Boston.  Kevin and I start dating in college (but we first met in the fifth grade!)) and got married in 1997.  I taught elementary and middle school until 2002, when we had our first baby, Emma.  Two months later we moved to ATL and in 2005 we had baby number 2, Peter.

  1. When did you start CFP Bootcamp?

I started CFP Bootcamp in March (after about 5 years of Kevin trying to convince me to try CrossFit!)

  1.  What’s your biggest accomplishment since starting CFP Bootcamp?

I think my biggest accomplishment is my overall improved strength and fitness level.  Also, I was psyched when I finally did a box jump!

  1.  What are your future fitness goals?

My future fitness goals are to continue getting stronger and work on my cardio.  (Maybe do a pull up someday!)

  1.  What do you do for fun?

For fun, I like to travel, read (when I have time), and mostly hang out with friends and family.

  1.  What’s your favorite movement?

Favorite lift movement is probably a deadlift.

  1. What’s your favorite movement?

Least favorite is easy-burpees, followed closely by the assault bike.

  1.  What makes CFP Bootcamp different from other fitness programs you have tried?

Bootcamp is different for so many reasons.  Most importantly, it’s always changing so it’s never boring, repetitive or predictable.  It’s also individualized-Aimee will adjust a workout as needed for anyone who is in the class.  She’s also really motivating-she pushes me to want to work harder.  This is the first program I’ve tried that I don’t want to quit!
