8. What advice would you give to anyone wanting to start at United Performance?

Start now! Age is just a number. It is never too late to start and meet your full potential. Have a never give up attitude.  At age 66, my competitive spirit was re awakened after a long absence from years of playing basketball. I had a hip replacement in 2004 and until joining CFP last year I did little physical activity for 12 years. I was a little intimidated at first seeing what the people were able to do. But, the CFP coaches were supportive from the start and continue to be so. They are absolutely fantastic coaches, caring and patient even showing this Old guy how to lift weights correctly. I am meeting many very nice people within the CFP family. And, I am having fun and getting fit! We all have challenges and adversity to overcome but it is how we respond to challenges and adversity that makes the difference. We can all make a difference in peoples’ lives and CFP is doing just that.
