Plan for next few months

Happy New Year, we are starting the year off right. Going forward in the next few months our focus and training will be getting everyone ready for the CrossFit Open, while performing a strength biased program 3X a week. Two days a week we will be focusing on Olympic lifts to become more efficient and also barbell cycling, to prepare for the Open. Our conditioning pieces aka metcon/WOD, will be 5-6 days a week varying from weightlifting, high gymnastics skills, pull up mechanics, and the traditional girl named “testers”. Over the next few months be sure to log all you can to keep track of the progress so we can assess everyone’s results at the end of the Open. If you have any questions please let me know.     I think that was a nice way of saying that our training will now be focused on helping us “Embrace the Suck”! My favorite time of year !
