- Where are you from? What do you do for work? Family?
I am originally from Dallas, TX. Yes, I am one of those proud, obnoxious Texans. Prior to moving to GA, I worked in marketing for a consulting firm for high end retirement communities. Now I get to stay home with Haley and manage our rental property. I am married to David, who most of you probably know:) I would love to have even half of his mental toughness! We have one daughter, Haley. She has a huge passion for horses if you haven’t noticed by my posts.
- When did you start CFP?
I started in January 2013, with Dana Zettler, after our husbands convinced us to give it a shot and wouldn’t stop talking about it.
- Whats your biggest fitness/health accomplishment since starting CFP?
I love being able to do strict pull ups. That was something I could not do prior to CF, but always wanted to learn.
- What are your future fitness goals?
I had a great couple of years doing CF without any problem with my previous low back issues. I have been working really hard,
even though it’s taking me a while, to get back to lifting and joining the regular classes again.
Thanks to programming with Travis and everyone’s encouragement I am getting there!
- What do you do fun?
I like to hang out with family and friends, eat, and go to the beach.
- Favorite lift/workout?
Power and squat cleans (although it’s been a while)

- What advice would you give to anyone wanting to start at United Performance?
Don’t let an injury scare you away:)
Like several people have said, I think just getting in the door is key. Grab a friend and give it a try!
Truly anyone can do it and everything can be modified! The people at CFP make it great and dare I say fun to workout:) I love the challenge and being pushed to the next level.
Everyone here is so supportive and never gives up on you!!
