Brandi grew up surrounded by sports. She was a multi sport athlete, playing soccer, softball, swimming, tennis and track. She eventually went on to play Division 1 soccer at Francis Marion University. A year later after graduating college, Brandi discovered CrossFit the Summer of 2010 in Albany, GA at World Camp CrossFit. After day one she was hooked and knew CrossFit would be her new passion.
Brandi has now been involved with CrossFit for over 6 years. She went on a team (World Camp CrossFit) in 2011 to the Games and has competed at Regionals in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. With the goal of going team this year in 2017, she also has a goal of beating her husband, Mike McGoldrick, again in the 2107 CrossFit Open. CrossFit has not only provided Brandi with a competitive outlet but it has taught her what it means to truly be healthy and provided her the opportunity to teach others the same. Brandis goal is to help others reach their fitness goals and learn what it means to be healthy and fit. CrossFit can change you and help you live a better life if you allow it.
