Anyone who is new to CrossFit will begin with a FREE 1-on-1 Consultation with one of our coaches. The purpose of this session is for you to experience CrossFit as it’s designed to be, to determine the best path to your personal success, and to show you what the CrossFit community is all about.

Based on your current level of health and fitness, we’ll help you clarify your goals and set a target on how best to achieve them. After your free Intro Session, the next step is our On Ramp program. On Ramp consists of 6 personal training sessions that teaches the ins and outs of how we do things at United. At the conclusion we will have a conversation on the best path to move forward with entering the CrossFit classes.
